Our family recently rented a cabin in Fairview and hired Michelle to prepare two breakfasts and two dinners in our rental, as well as a prepared meal for a third breakfast that she left with us the second night. Michelle and her food were INCREDIBLE! She was able to blend our requests in with her menus and she did not disappoint. This was our first time hiring a private chef and Chef Michelle made our entire family feel comfortable having her around. Michelle was able to make a smaller portion of adult meals for a child that was traveling with us too. She was happy to answer any questions we had and even gave us a knife sharpening lesson! We will definitely be hiring her again for our next trip and highly recommend her services.

We had a 4 course fabulous meal prepared by Chef Michelle while vacationing Asheville. From start to finish perfection. And Michelle is a joy and so professional. Would highly recommend her!

We chose Michelle Kelley to cater our grandparents 50th anniversary dinner at their house in Grand Highlands, NC and we were not disappointed. She initiated the evening with a lovely charcuterie board featuring creamy brie, a variety of fruit, red wine marinated salami, and other toppings. The appetizer was interactive and beautiful with all the colors. Our group made our way inside for the main course and we enjoyed a fresh caesar salad to preface our meal. The entree consisted of the most delicious mashed potatoes I think I’ve ever had, crisp vegetables, and a steak cooked to each attendant’s taste. The steak was paired with a signature horseradish sauce and a bleu cheese butter; even the skeptical enjoyed the bleu cheese butter. As if our stomach’s could hold any more, Michelle presented a light, creamy creme brûlée paired with a chocolate pots de creme. The creme brûlée was made with a home-made vanilla! Dessert was the cherry on top and we so enjoyed our dinner with Michelle. We will most definitely utilize her for our next catered event!

Michelle was not only professional but a delight to be around. We had a steak birthday dinner for a girls getaway weekend. She came to our rental house and set the table, cooked the food, served it up with a beautiful presentation and left the kitchen cleaner than how she found it. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for a private chef. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Michelle!

Chef Michelle is a wonder! She did an amazing post- elopement brunch for four of us. The food was impeccably prepared and quite tasty. And she left the place sparkling clean. I highly recommend her and will definitely be calling her the next time I’m in Asheville!

My husband I spent a week in Asheville and decided to spoil ourselves with Chef Kelley’s services. If you have any reservations about hiring a private chef, stop reading and hire chef Kelley right now. It was the best decision we’ve ever made! She cooked one in-home dinner and delivered every meal for the entire week. On the night of our arrival she dropped off dinner as well as breakfast, lunch and snacks for the next day. Each night we were greeted with absolutely delicious food. Even though the meals were made in advance, no quality was sacrificed once reheated; it was like having a restaurant experience for every meal. We could not believe how delicious and varied the food was. Chef Kelley was able to meet our individual needs, allowing me to select sea food for almost every meal while providing my husband with his choice of proteins. The menu was large enough to give a varied menu but she was creative enough to change sides and flavors for dishes we did repeat. Her rosemary bread was some of the best we’ve ever had and her creme brûlée is beyond incredible. Her bagged lunches were handy for hiking and my husband loved her peanut butter/apple sandwich. Our mornings were made easier with her mimosas and candied bacon. Her in-home meal was indescribable and one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Chef Kelley added so many special touches and unique experiences that she’s our new go-to for food in Asheville. Chef Kelley gives Asheville’s restaurants a run for their money!

What a treat—Michelle provided an in home 3 course dinner for 10 of us with style. She was flexible with our start time due to some unpredictable Uber’s and had such a great attitude. All three courses were DELICIOUS and she gave so many options for picking a menu. Thank you so much Michelle!
